The Muenster Lady Hornets finished 2019 with a strong 76-38 win over 4A Vernon Monday afternoon.
Muenster led throughout, racing out to a 23-8 lead after one period and 39-19 by halftime. They poured it on in the second half, scoring 37 more points to cruise to the win.
Four Lady Hornets scored in double figures led by Annie Anderle who had 24 points including five 3-pointers. Sarah Monday added 12, Audrey Kubis scored 11, Martie McCoy had 10, Kaitlin Hennigan scored 8, Jada Binder had 6 and Kaley Berkley added 5.
